If you’ve recently used the maternity or neonatal services at NNUH, we'd love to hear about your experience. You can do this by competing one of our short surveys on antenatal, birth,  postnatal or NICU care.

These surveys are known as the NHS Friends and Family Test; the responses to the questions will be used to create an overall score that will be published on the NHS website.

All responses are anonymous and will be reviewed on a regular basis by the MVNP team and maternity and NICU leadership.

 

This important feedback helps us to celebrate, improve and develop the service.
